Work....

I swear I have the coolest job ever!

My schedule today……

9:16a.m. Arrived at work
9:21am while computer loads, I head downstairs to get a latte
9:22am – 11:03 Read blogs, jordantimes.com, other news media websites
11:03am-11:45 IM with my sister
11:45am Lunch time. We walk to local biker bar across the street. It’s 26F outside and we turn into icicles on the way. The only time it’s safe to go is during the workday…but you’d think that who would hire those scary bikers, so they should be there all times of the day. Enjoy my turkey ruben and sweet potato fries
2:00 return from lunch
2:00-2:45 Read newspaper I brought back with me
2:45 leave the office and drive to café for coffee break with three colleagues
3:30 Return to office…and run into some coworkers who snidely remark after seeing us in our coats, “oh, you guys just coming back from lunch”. On the way up on the elevators, I press our floor, floor 5 and then press the button for every single floor. One guy gets out on floor 2 to take another elevator because he’s in a hurry to get back to his desk on the 5th floor. When his elevator stops on floor three, the doors open and he finds yours truly waiting to hop in! LOL. Of course I hop in and hit the buttons for floors 4, 5 and 6!
3:35 Get back to my desk only to find an IM sent at 2:55 from my boss…..”Where are you, bro?”…I’m like, OH $#!^….“I’m right here bro, need me to come upstairs?”….. “No, you can do it from your computer”…..he just wanted me to check a document.
