a small note: the pine nuts and almonds on the rice were a little bit over fried!! :) they should be blond, not dark brown! :)

lool summer! This post could have been that much better if you didnt have a pic of the raw meat eek! I have meat problems and very picky, Vegetarian gardenia in the making? lol I hope not.

Summer and Noura, sorry, and if it makes you feel better there were no leftovers for us the next day either.

Batoul, just skip that picture. I hate seeing chicken before it is cooked as well, and if I have to cook chicken, I don't eat it. Then I get the looks, as everyone wonders why I am not eating. ha ha
