Say What?

pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis

This 45 letter word is the longest in the English language. Do you know how to pronounce it? The meaning? Take a guess....

OK lets break it down... Pneumono refers to the lung. Ultra means extremely, microscopic means tiny, silica is sand, volcano is self-evident, and coniosis is scarring.

It's a lung condition brought on by volcanic ash.

Bet ya didn't know that!

I hope,no Icelandic people have this condition,Especially the people living in The Westman Islands.

Have a beautiful day!
And thanks for sharing this word, there is also a long word for a Welsh town,it's a huge word,I'm not sure how many letters there are in it.And there is the song that Mary Poppins sings, which I like.
